The founders came in from clinical operations and precision medicine, not from enterprise SaaS. That matters. It needs technology designed by people who've sat with patients, run protocols, fought with billing systems and watched the cost of every disconnected tool in real time.
The thesis was simple: the work of running a modern healthcare institution — and the work of guiding a patient through a serious treatment journey — has become too complex to coordinate manually. AI, applied carefully and built around the actual workflows, can absorb that coordination load. Not by replacing the clinical decision. By holding the entire context around it.
We picked the name HireQED because QED — quod erat demonstrandum — has always been the sign-off for a proof completed. The job done. We expanded it to Quite Easily Done because that's what we want every user of the platform to feel — that the hardest, most fragmented parts of healthcare operations have just been quietly handled in the background.
