  • AI blog drafting — SEO-ready drafts via a tuned Claude pipeline with prompt caching, outline-then-body generation and grounded web search — title, meta, body, FAQs and a cover image.
  • Editorial-grade editor — Rich-text editor (Tiptap) with image upload, inline links and live regenerate / retry / stop controls backed by streaming generation that preserves partial output.
  • Auto-generated cover images — Cover art generated via gpt-image with automatic logo compositing and content-aware scene selection, produced server-side as part of the publish pipeline.
  • Per-site prompt configuration — Per-site seed content, voice parameters and topic exclusion lists are stored in the data model and injected into the generation pipeline at request time.

Publishing & scheduling

  • Randomised cron scheduling — A configurable per-day publish count is distributed across a chosen window at randomised timestamps by a cron-driven scheduler.
  • Automatic retry on failure — If publishing fails mid-pipeline, the broken stage retries same-day without losing the draft.
  • Multi-platform sync — One click publishes to the primary marketing site and mirrors to HealthUnwired from a single source of truth.
  • Per-blog status state machine — Each draft carries an explicit publish / hold / schedule state, resolved by the publishing service before it is committed.

Analytics

  • Unified GA4 + GSC layer — GA4 and Search Console APIs are queried server-side and normalised into a five-pillar data model — traffic, engagement, conversion, content, audience — across every site.
  • Page indexing visibility — Mirrors Search Console's Page indexing report: indexed / not indexed / pending, with reasons and per-URL drill-down.
  • Search performance — Date pills (24h / 7d / 28d / 3mo / custom) sliced by query, page, country, device and day.
  • Per-blog attribution — Per-URL metrics from the analytics layer are joined to each blog record, exposing a performance card per piece of content.

Customer engagement

  • Lead capture from sites — Forms on each site stream into SEO Growth via HMAC-signed bridges, with per-site routing and full lead history.
  • Zoho Desk ticket inbox — Every support ticket across every site in one queue — filter by site, status, contact and date range.
  • Reply + internal comment — Rich-text email replies (attachments up to 20 MB × 5 files) or agent-only internal notes, without leaving the dashboard.
  • Auto-status-bump — Mark a ticket “On Hold” or “Closed” the moment a reply goes out, with a tickable override.

Operations

  • Multi-tenant site registry — Sites are provisioned, configured and retired as tenant records in the backend, each with its own integrations, secrets and routing.
  • Uptime monitoring — 6-hour heartbeat ping with three retries; outage and recovery alerts fan out to per-site contact lists by email.
  • Audit log — Every write — publish, status change, settings update, ticket reply — recorded with actor, outcome and request context.
  • IST throughout — All timestamps, inputs and cron triggers display and accept Asia/Kolkata time; storage stays UTC.

Security & compliance

  • AES-256-GCM at rest — All third-party credentials are encrypted with keys derived via HKDF from a server-side master secret. Cleartext never reaches the browser.
  • Role-gated admin actions — Settings, publishing and ticket replies each require an authenticated admin session.
  • Per-site secret isolation — Compromise of one site's secret does not unlock any other site.
